Elyse received a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2014. She completed her PhD in Molecular Engineering in 2020 at the University of Chicago, and is now a postdoctoral fellow in the Hubbell Lab. She is a recipient of the National Science Foundation's Graduate Research Fellowship.
Elyse’s research focuses on using protein engineering to make therapeutics to treat autoimmune diseases and to down regulate neuroinflammation in neurodegenerative disorders.
