Ban Dong

Ban received his bachelor's degree in organic and polymeric materials from the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2012. He received his PhD in materials science and engineering in 2017 from the University of Michigan under the supervision of Professor Peter Green. His PhD work focused on studying microstructure and charge carrier transport in semiconducting conjugated polymers. He joined the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering at the University of Chicago as a postdoctoral researcher and works under the supervision of Professor Nealey and Professor Patel.
