Postdoctoral training is a time of developing independence under the guidance of a faculty mentor. The UChicago PME Office of Postdoctoral Affairs supports faculty in this endeavor through its administrative, educational, and consulting activities. The office implements and advises on postdoc policy, provides professional development programs for postdocs, and supports the unique mentoring relationship between postdocs and their faculty mentors.
